华中科技大学煤燃烧国家重点实验室于1988 年国家立项建设，1991 年通过验收并正式对外开放。实验室现有固定人员近50名，其中，国家杰出青年基金获得者4名，实验室研究团队获国家自然科学基金创新群体连续资助。

实验室长期以来围绕在煤和其它固体燃料燃烧研究领域的前沿，以燃烧机理、燃烧污染排放机理与防治、燃烧过程物理数学模型、燃烧过程监测诊断与控制、新能源利用和先进发电技术为主要研究方向，致力于燃烧及污染防治基础理论研究和工程技术开发。实验室是中美清洁能源研究中心洁净煤技术联盟中方牵头单位，并获首批高等学校创新引智计划（“111”计划）支持，是国际上具有重要影响的煤燃烧基础研究基地之一。

根据科技部《国家重点实验室建设与运行管理办法》的有关规定，现面向国内外公开招聘实验室主任1名。具体事项如下：

一、岗位职责

1．负责制定实验室发展战略、规划并组织实施，进一步提高实验室科研实力和水平；

2．吸引和支持优秀学术带头人和青年学术骨干，构建人才团队，形成一支在国际上有重要影响的高水平研究团队；

3．组织申请、承担国家重大科技项目，争取取得一批标志性的、有重要影响的成果；

4．促进实验室研究工作与多学科交叉融合，加强实验室与国内外的学术交流，进一步提高实验室的国际学术影响力；

5. 提高实验室运行和管理水平。

二、应聘条件

1．在本学科领域学术造诣较深，具有较高的国内外知名度和影响力；

2．德才兼备，具有高度的敬业精神、较强的组织管理与协调能力和团队凝聚能力；

3．能把握本领域的发展方向，对实验室建设和学术研究有长远的战略构思；

The State Key Laboratory of Coal Combustion (SKLCC) at Huazhong University of Science and Technology was established in 1991 by the Chinese Government. SKLCC focuses on fundamental and applied R&D on developing advanced, efficient and clean coal combustion technologies and has made significant achievements in relevant fields. The key research areas include combustion science and technology, pollutant formation and prevention, modeling and simulation, monitoring, diagnostics and control, and advanced power generation technologies. SKLCC is equipped with an array of advanced research facilities and instruments, e.g. CCSEM, PIV, TGA-FTIR, ICP-AES etc., providing a full suite of analytical and testing capacities in coal combustion R&D. SKLCC has become the principal base of fundamental research, technological development and innovation, as well as education and training in combustion science and technology of China. SKLCC is open to national institutions, coal production and power generation industry and has established strong collaborations with a number of international partners in Australia, France, Japan, UK and the USA etc.

Duties of the Director

- Plan and execute the development strategy, promote the research and development ability of the laboratory

- Establish competitive research teams via attracting excellent researchers

- Propose and execute key research projects from the government and international programs, obtain some landmark achievements

- Conduct academic exchanges and promote the impact in international community

- Enhance management and operation level of the laboratory

Qualifications

- Well established and renowned in the international community

- Having both ability and integrity, experience of conducting key research projects and skills of team management

- Deep insight for the long term direction of coal combustion field, good strategy for laboratory development

- Good health, professional dedication, willing to work at the laboratory in full time

- On duty not later than June. 1, 2014
